Returns
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept exchanges. In this case, you will have to return the articles you do not want and place another order.
All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return.
From EU
Note that you are responsible for paying the shipping charges for returning goods to us.
To return an item, please send your package with your ORDER NUMBER INSIDE IT, so we can find it and process it correctly.

From outside EU
To start the return process, please send us an email to madridstore@unfeignedgear.com noting the order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping charges for returning goods to us. However, to avoid extra costs in customs you can ask for a pre-paid return label indicating this it in the email. This amount will then be discounted from your refund.
Should you decide to ship the package with your own postal service, please be advised that you will be responsible for paying any extra customs charges that arise from the shipment. These costs will be discounted from your refund.
