SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

Please note that international shipments outside the European Union may incur in some additional duties and taxes once the package arrives in your country. We cannot control or predict these charges. It is the customer's responsibility to assume the payment of any additional charges for customs clearance. If you need further information we recommend requesting it from your local customs office to calculate any eventual additional fees. Please note that in case you wish to refuse receiving the order due to unexpected fees, we would reserve the right to charge you for round-trip shipping costs or fees generated by customs.

RETURNS:

we do not accept returns from underwear or socks. 

- RETURNS from EU.  

If for any reason you want to return any of the items in your order, you can do so within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept exchanges. In this case, you will have to return the articles you do not want and place another order.

Please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping charges for returning goods to us. We strongly recommend to track the parcel in case it goes missing on its way back to us.

We do not refund the original shipping charges.

To return an item, please send us an email at info@unfeignedgear.com noting the order number and the item(s) you wish to return. 

All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return.

Once we have received them and checked everything is in good condition we will refund the value of the items returned.

 

For customers located in Madrid and prefer to drop the package in our store please first email us with the items you wish to return and then leave the package to our Madrid store team with the tag “RETURN + order number".

 

- RETURNS from outside EU 

If for any reason you want to return any of the items in your order, you can do so within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept exchanges. In this case, you will have to return the articles you do not want and place another order.

Please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping charges for returning goods to us. However, to avoid extra costs in customs you will find a pre-paid return label in the package.

This amount - Switzerland & UK: 35€ - North America: 40€ - Rest of the world: 60€ -  will then be discounted from your refund. 

Should you decide to ship the package with your own postal service, please be advised that you will be responsible for paying any extra customs charges that arise from the shipment. These costs will be discounted from your refund.

To start the return process, please send us an email at info@unfeignedgear.com  noting the order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Once we have received them and checked everything is in good condition we will process the refund.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
