If you want to return any of the items in your order, you can do so within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept exchanges. In this case, you will have to return the articles and place another order.
All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return.

Please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping charges for returning goods to us. 

Once we have received them and checked everything is in good condition we will refund the value of the items returned. (not the original shipping charges.)

We do not accept returns from underwear or socks. 

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• RETURNS FROM EU

To return an item, please send your package with your ORDER NUMBER INSIDE IT, so we can find it and process it correctly. We strongly recommend to track the parcel in case it goes missing on its way back to us.

For customers located in Madrid and prefer to drop the package in our store please first email us with the items you wish to return and then leave the package to our Madrid store team with the tag “RETURN + order number".
 

• RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE EU

To start the return process, please send us an email at madridstore@unfeignedgear.com noting the order number and the item(s) you wish to return. 
Please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping charges for returning goods to us. However, to avoid extra costs in customs you can ask for a pre-paid return label indicating this in the email. 
This amount - Switzerland & UK: 35€ - North America: 40€ - Rest of the world: 60€ -  will then be discounted from your refund. 
Should you decide to ship the package with your own postal service, please be advised that you will be responsible for paying any extra customs charges that arise from the shipment. These costs will be discounted from your refund.
